#1 Basic flow – 24 mins

This class is a collaboration of all the exercises shown in the A-Z of pilates beginners course.
Jo puts all the exercises together to present a lovely basic flow class. It’s a great place to get started.
#2 Serenity stretch – 25 mins

Jo teaches you a beautiful flow class that will calm both your body and your mind, by working with the serenity of the breath.
Ease into the stretches, release and relax and let the movements flow.
#3 Weight it up – 25 mins

Jo uses props found around the house (or a hotel room) to add a little more weight to the exercises within this module.
She challenges both the upper and lower body to lengthen and strengthen the targeted muscles.
#4 Pillow talk – 26 mins

Jo uses both a pillow and a pillow case (easily accessible items found around the house or your hotel room) to challenge certain muscle groups in a totally new way!
She always aims to be inventive with her choreography both face to face and online, ensuring that you will certainly not let your muscles sleep!
#5 Bottoms up – 27 mins

Jo always feels the buttocks should be stronger than they are, to alleviate lower back pain, improve posture and fix imbalances within the hip region.
This class will target all the muscles of the bottom! Be prepared to get your glutes working!
#6 Spread your wings – 18 mins

Our arms are an extension of our bodies and so Jo has choreographed exercises to challenge our bodies, purely using our arms.
This session incorporates a variety of exercises, involving, standing, sitting and laying flat. They will all challenge you.
#7 Radiate from your centre – 28 mins

This class challenges your mid section. It’s a tough one!
It involves plenty of abdominal work, targeting all the muscles in this region, helping to define and shape you.
#8 ABC #1 – 26 mins

These two classes involve exercises targeting Arms, Bottoms and your Centre.
Jo has choreographed the two ‘ABC’ modules with her favourite exercises which are fantastic at focusing on these vital areas not just for aesthetic reasons, but also for strength and length.
#9 #JustMove – 24 mins

This class is a wonderful flow class incorporating all of Jo’s current favourite moves.
#10 Feel the power – 27 mins

This class is based around large heat inducing movements that will aim to challenge your body.
It is a strong class that involve lots of strength work and one that definitely gets your heart rate up and body warm.

During this class, you will experience beautiful release and relaxing exercises. Everyone suffers from low mood and anxiety once in a while and so with this class, Jo invites you to be kind to yourself and rid your mind and body of tension.
If you are not feeling energetic and wish to be guided supportively by Jo, then this is the class for you. Because of its wonderful relaxing nature, it works perfectly at the end of a different session.
