You can continue to avoid exercise, make excuses and create different priorities or, you can commit to embedding a new habit.
If you keep making excuses, you’re going to be limping into old age, overweight, with poor joints and a bad back. And that’s the time of your life you’re meant to live it to the max 🙄.
