Upper body Mondays
Each Monday, Jo will focus on the upper body with a varied set of exercises.
You’ll sculpt your arms with weights (or tin cans or waterbottles!) and also focus on your back and shoulders with unique choreography.
Lower body Tuesdays
Yes, you’ve guessed it, Tuesdays are all about targeting the legs and glutes.
Each week the classes will get progressively harder as you improve your strength, tone & flexibility.

The middle of the week is all about flexibility.
You can’t improve strength without lengthening. These classes will stretch you dynamically and passively to achieve complete lengthening of the muscles.
Thursdays are all about elevating your heart rate.
In these sessions, you will need your trainers. Jo will guide you through a mixture of circuits and cardio classes. You will get your sweat on!
The end of the working week sees a focus on your core.
Core strength is so important to our daily lives. Every Friday, Jo will focus on stengthening and toning your centre.
Weekends are for you
Take a break – let your body recover.
