Get started with the Introductory Track

You Can Choose Your Level

I have created an Introductory Track for those of you looking to get into fitness or get back into fitness. I’ve designed it to help ease you into working out and potentially into the Workout Club.

I have created 3 levels and you can start at whichever level suits you and work through the levels. Take as long as you need, it’s important you enjoy yourself and listen to your body at all times. I have also provided an alignment and warm up class to the Introductory Track that will help you to ensure you get the correct positions and are nicely warmed up for the workouts.

  • Level 1 is…. 4 x 10 minute classes followed by 4 x 15 minute classes. I call these the ABC’s as they workout your Arms, Bottom, Centre/Core and stretch.
  • Level 2 is… 8 x 20 minute classes, these are varied and give you a good idea of the kind of variety of classes you will find in the monthly programme but for a 20 minute duration.
  • Level 3 is… 1 x 30 minute class – that will give you a good overview of the type of workout we will be doing.
