Thank you Jo… I’m soooo glad I found you. I haven’t done Pilates for about 2 years and hadn’t realised how much this had impacted on my body and posture.
After working from home for 4 weeks constantly sat looking at a screen my whole body has started to ache, including neck, back and headaches.
This session has reinvigorated me to start pilates at home again.

Jo Tuffrey is an expert fitness, pilates and yoga instructor.
Jo qualified with a BEd (Hons) in Physical Education in 1995 from Carnegie in Leeds and started teaching PE in a prestigious Secondary School in London specialising in gymnastics and dance. At the same time she developed a PT business at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
In 2000 she stopped teaching PE to pursue her passion for pilates and that year qualified with Body Control Pilates. Since then she has established a successful career maintaining her enthusiasm and devotion towards health and well-being.
In January 2019, Jo started to release pilates at home videos and online fitness courses. With 800+ members, she now releases a new workout twice weekly, to accompany a back catalogue of classes and a whole heap of motivation and fun.
