What’s included in the programme?
This is a comprehensive, 6 week, guided, fitness programme with 5 * 30 min classes each week – featuring Pilates, yoga, cardio and weights.
It can be started and enjoyed at any time.
All of Jo’s classes are pre-recorded. They are available to stream online via PC/mobile/iPad/TV for as long as you are a member. You DO NOT have to be available at certain times of the day. This is built to fit around busy lifestyles, like yours.
Jo hosts regular Zoom calls – where members can join and ask Jo anything about fitness, menopause or the programme.
On each of the Sundays, there is a bonus resource – to make you feel good! From handcare to educational sessions on pelvic floor, to recipes.
The only additional equipment (ideally) needed to complete this programme is a band and some weights (although water bottles and cans are also perfect).
It’s suitable for all levels. Whether you’re new to exercise or experienced – Jo is the right teacher for you.
