Your week 4 schedule
Monday: Rock bottoms
This class is all about working the bottom – and getting it rock hard!
Tuesday: Repeat, repeat, repeat
This is a weights class, where Jo performs each exercise many times. Prepare to feel the burn (in a good way).
Wednesday: Free from anxiety
This is a very slow class, focusing on the breath and relaxation.
Thursday: Pause it
A weights class (feel free to use cans or water bottles) where Jo holds each exercise. This is challenging – but you’ll feel great afterwards.
Friday – Sunday: Abs & inside thighs
This class targets both the abdominals and inside thighs. You will feel honed and toned at the end of this and be ready for the weekend!
