As a guest at Le Manoir, we want you to have all you need to truly enjoy your stay. We have teamed up with Jo Tuffrey a fitness expert to devise a bespoke wellness offering for you to enjoy during your stay.
With over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, Jo has choreographed bespoke workouts that incorporate Pilates, Yoga and Bodyweight Strength Training for you to enjoy in your room or on our grounds.
Whether you would like an exercise class, a stretch class or even a relaxing breathing class – we have lots to offer.
Choose between the classes to do standalone or combine to make a longer workout.

Jo Tuffrey presents a beginner to intermediate level 20-minute flow class from the beautiful Orchard at Le Manoir. This class is devised bespoke for Le Manoir guests and is a lovely moving, flowing, stretching, full body class to get you working the whole body. This can be done in your hotel room or on the beautiful grounds of Le Manoir as no equipment other than the mat provided in your room is needed.
For those wanted something a little more advanced, Jo Tuffrey has devised a more challenging flow class aimed at intermediate to advanced levels. This 20-minute flow class is presented in the garden of the Belle Epoch Event room. This class is devised bespoke for Le Manoir guests and is a strong full body flow class, design to work the whole body. This can be done in your hotel room or on the beautiful grounds of Le Manoir as no equipment other than the mat provided in your room is needed.
Choose to do these individually or combine them. 3 of the below 10 min workouts are body area specific – targeting the Arms & Shoulders, The Abs, the lower body. We would recommend adding one of the stretch classes to these workouts.
Jo has created two stretch classes for Le Manoir guests. A pre/post workout stretch class that can be used alongside the other classes, or used as a pre walk, run, cycle stretch class and a lovely soothing stretch and relaxation class.
