Are you heading to the slopes and want to make sure you are ready to conquer the mountain! Jo has created her Ski Fit programme designed to help you shape up for the slopes – with 14 classes – each designed to work your body in the ways it needs for maximise your enjoyment of your ski trip.
Jo has suggested a sequence of two weeks with 5 workouts per week and an added 4 bonus workouts. You can follow the programme as she recommends or do the workouts in your own order. You will have access to the programme and the rest of the workout club for 4 weeks – to allow you to get some great ski prep in.
Once you are on the slopes you can also make use of some of the stretch classes available to you in the club for pre or post ski stretches. Enjoy and prepare for your best ski season yet!

About your trainer – Jo Tuffrey
Jo Tuffrey is an expert fitness, pilates and yoga instructor.
Jo qualified with a BEd (Hons) in Physical Education in 1995 from Carnegie in Leeds and started teaching PE in a prestigious Secondary School in London specialising in gymnastics and dance. At the same time she developed a PT business at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
In 2000 she stopped teaching PE to pursue her passion for pilates and that year qualified with Body Control Pilates. Since then she has established a successful career maintaining her enthusiasm and devotion towards health and well-being.
In January 2019, Jo started to release online fitness classes. She’s not looked back, after helping thousands of people to enjoy exercising again.
