I curate all my programmes to make sure you have the right mix of the right exercises every week to really work the whole body in the ways it needs.
I put my 30 years of teaching into the programmes and incorporate a variety of exercise disciplines so you get everything you need in one place.
All the classes are On Demand so you can do them at a time that suits you, and my responsive website means you can access them on a multitude of devices.
