Jo’s 4 Week Summer Fit Programme
Get yourself summer ready with this 4 week programme, targeting the whole body in various ways, to keep you moving and motivated. Pilates at the core and so much more – the programme features pilates, yoga, cardio and weights workouts to work your body in all the ways it needs.
Each week Jo has devised a full body workout, each day there is a different 30 minute class – that’s 20 classes for just £20. You can follow the programme and add to it if you’d like from her archive of over 400 classes. You will have full access to her workout club for a month on top of the designated 4 week programme. All Jo’s workouts are designed to improve, strength, stamina and suppleness. Some classes use weights, if you do not have them then water bottles, cans or tins can be used to substitute.

About your trainer – Jo Tuffrey
Jo Tuffrey is an expert fitness, pilates and yoga instructor.
Jo qualified with a BEd (Hons) in Physical Education in 1995 from Carnegie in Leeds and started teaching PE in a prestigious Secondary School in London specialising in gymnastics and dance. At the same time she developed a PT business at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
In 2000 she stopped teaching PE to pursue her passion for pilates and that year qualified with Body Control Pilates. Since then she has established a successful career maintaining her enthusiasm and devotion towards health and well-being.
In January 2019, Jo started to release online fitness classes. She’s not looked back, after helping thousands of people to enjoy exercising again.
