Jo Tuffrey has created a 20 minute class for Le Manoir guests.This class is a moving, flowing, stretching, full body class to get you working the whole body. This class is at beginner to intermediate level and can be done in your hotel room or on the beautiful grounds of Le Manoir. Jo presents this class from the Le Manoir Orchard, no equipment other than your in room mat is needed.
